Strengths:
Good physical tools and good frame. Great size for a wing at 6-8 . Tadas is athletic player that can play above the rim. Good first step. Smooth and fluid with his movements. Plays above the rim with the ease. Tadas is very effective and intelligent player. Can play P&R as ball handler where he can find open teammates and take it to the basket. Can post up smaller players and shows development as an outside shooter. Competes on defense but has room to improve defensively, especially when he guards the wings. Can guard players on low post, plays on passing lines in D. Good defensive rebounding.
Weaknesses:
Not a great outside shooter. Doesn’t have smooth shooting mechanics. Lately improved his % but in season 2015/16 had only 33% from behind the arc. Doesn’t have burst and big expressiveness. Plays above the rim but need time to load. Lately played some PF position and struggled with it. Not very creative when it comes to ISO game and creating his own shoot.
Miscellaneous:
Has great skills especially for his size. He s player that can do different things with the ball. Already now gets some minutes in ACB after spending year in LEB Gold where he had important role.
Overall Rating:
One of the talented player coming from Lithuania. Good experience compare to age. His body and skills can bring him for sure to the NBA level but questions is which position he can play and what role he can fill in.
